Clown Anemonefish inhabit the warm waters of the Indo-Pacific, living symbiotically with sea anemones on coral reefs at depths of 1-15 meters. They rarely venture far from their host anemone.
Omnivorous by nature, they feed on algae, zooplankton, and anemone tentacles. In aquariums, they readily accept marine flakes, pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, and brine shrimp.
